Pros
Working for TalentMatch at App Academy (Hash Map Labs) has been a great experience. I'm on a team that pushes each other, while still allowing enough freedom to be myself. Having coaching was the biggest factor when choosing my role in sales, and the direction I have here is just what I was looking for. This is the type of role that gives you as much as you put in; both with commission and gratitude. I also couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. As far as startups go, I haven't seen much better cohesiveness. The company works hard to build relationships in all departments, so there are always great happy hours and work functions. Having catered lunch allows people from different departments to get to know each other inside the company. I'm very happy at "Hash Map Labs," and plan on being here a long time.
Cons
Although the office is very large, the amount of students in session is equally as large. If all meeting rooms are booked, finding a place to take sales calls without background noise can be tricky from time to time, so I usually have to go outside.
