A feeling of an aligned mission in the team, Great opportunities as a clinician to learn aspects of a business that you can only get from growing environment and working with international teams.
Cons
Healthcare is a hard field to be in and being a medical device company trying to break the mould is never going to be easy, but all the great feedback from patients everyday makes it all worthwhile.
