Pros
The product itself is good, hardware-wise and is built like a tank. There are people who definitely care about the customer. Some people who have been around forever are still present to share some of their experiences which helps a lot (although it comes at a cost). Salary was good when I was hired (pre-Luminator acquisition)
Cons
So many people have gone and they are not being replaced. We used to wager, weekly, on who would leave next...it was called a brain drain. It's all about the money in order to please investors. Apollo Used to care...Their business is about positioning themselves to get sold again, so whatever they need to do to make their numbers look attractive, that is their focus. Everything seems to be shifting to Plano, TX which cost of employees are less expensive.
