It is a work environment that allows employees to be successful. You are given the tools and support to do what you are hired to do. You also have the opportunity to be involved in activities outside your main scope of work.
Cons
I don't have any major cons but we are a growing company so you must be ready to grow and adjust to changes. Additionally we do move fast so you must be able to keep up.
