Great opportunity but toxic “bro culture” - Sales Representative Apollo Solutions Employee Review

The “bro culture” among the team is extremely toxic. Jake does a terrible job at making it feel inclusive for females or any male that isn’t apart of the friend group. As a manager, he focuses on being a friend rather than teaching you how to be a better leader. Also was taken advantage of financially and screwed over after I voiced these concerns to management. Didn’t get any of my commissions from my sales after leaving.
