Met some nice people and could have been a good job
Cons
As a residential staff member the pay was really bad and the owner made us work crazy hours. I dread to think what we made an hour! We only received 300 euro a week. Yes, we had accommodation but we worked 6-7 days a week. I took the job on a recommendation but sadly there was a different management structure and it was really badly managed. I think the teachers were treated better.
