The Owner/CEO is by far the best I’ve ever worked for. He legitimately cared about the employees and never picked favorites and never commented on how much or how little revenue someone was bringing in. Very down to earth. I wish every company was owned by someone like him. There are always contests going on for various prizes and this helps make the job a little more fun while keeping you motivated. Management was great and very down to earth. Easily approachable with any questions/comments/concerns. Paid time off is very generous. 3 days after 6 months, 2 weeks after a year. Starting pay is above average
Cons
Not enough hours Uniforms are provided but they take $150 deposit in $30 increments out of your first 5 checks, this is refundable upon termination if you turn them in, regardless of condition. Every other company I’ve worked for has provided them at no charge though.
