I have been lucky to work with a team of people who respect work life balance and are extremely good at what they do. So far, I have worked on complex things which is what I enjoy doing and working with very smart people both within and outside my group.

Cons

Overall, I look at 3 to 4 things in a job, the kind of work I am doing, the people and I am going to work with and finally the pay. So far, no complaints about any of the above.

A super innovative and entrepreneurial place that is leading both equity and credit markets every day. If you enjoy an intellectually stimulating creative culture working amongst the most brilliant and talented people in the industry, this is the place.

Cons

A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
