Nothing significant to mention. Playing with careers of many. Friendly advice, never leave your stable job to join in this organisation.
Cons
Absolutely disgusting performance review process. Highlight 3 strengths of yours and you get promoted based on that! No parameters to gauge the performance 5 -10 years junior employees are 2 level senior ( hardly any skill set difference) Annual increment is single digit! Trivia, got talent and all kind of events like you are in kindergarten and coming here to do all these things. Only selective employees gets all kind of training others are not even considered. Powerless HR here, is good for nothing. Half of the HR team already left lol.
