      Health insurance is really good and breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided in house for free.

      Cons

      Upper management is shakey at best. Expect you to work unlimited hours and or environment is not friendly at all.

      A super innovative and entrepreneurial place that is leading both equity and credit markets every day. If you enjoy an intellectually stimulating creative culture working amongst the most brilliant and talented people in the industry, this is the place.

      Cons

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
