This organization is going downhill. It started out as a great place to work when I started in 2011. Now it's just production expectations that aren't realistic. The operations department don't care that employees try to focus on getting student files right. They only care about production and getting employees to push files out even if half of them are done incorrectly. The employees quality don't suffer much so many don't care. Management knows how compliance driven the department is but they don't get rid of the bad ones. They think they the employees will get better but they don't. Very low morale as well.
