      Pros

      Fun teaching. Remote so can work from anywhere. Must be responsible for job though. Not for those who lack a strong work ethic and self discipline.

      Cons

      Be careful. If you're a long time Adjunct Faculty, they will lay you off in order to hire, new lesser paid Adjuncts. Start looking for a new job if you've had a few raises.
