- Great Benefits- the company used to have superb benefits and they use to pay for all of it, but with the changes in healthcare now the options are still pretty good but you have to pay quite a bit for them. - You meet and work with wonderful, multi-talented, and capable people of all walks of life - Company values diversity and shows in staff

- Limited opportunities for professional growth (company typically does not promote from within) - Asides from very rare exceptions, there is Very little professional development, training, and coaching from direct supervisors. They consider webinars "professional development" and expect staff to acquire knowledge and skills on their own. - They have placed a cap on salary increases- especially on the exempt employees. - Executives say they have "an open door" policy but anyone who questions them or brings a concern to the table is shun from promotions
