Used to be great place to work, now it's unstable - Software Quality Engineer Apollo Education Group Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits, most IT managers support telecommuting at least one day a week, never a shortage of work to be done, offices at 32nd Street and I-10 Freeway have a huge cafeteria which makes it convenient for lunch time

Cons

Senior Management Doesn't Care. They just keep having meetings and use words like "Innovation" like it's a condiment you put on a hotdog. They consistently try to tell everyone that we are planning big things, and we can what you think, but then 3 months later all the management changes, and nothing has changed, and the new management comes in and gives the same speech but they "mean it this time". Happens over and over again. Offshore development is encouraged by some groups and these groups don't have a clue how to develop and deliver what was asked for and then they get defensive when everyone points out they keep doing things wrong, and don't ask questions when they have doubt on requirements.
