The organization is forward thinking in terms of its student resources and there is a strong culture towards serving the student's best interests, so it is easy to feel good about the service offered.
Cons
There is a lack of communication regarding organizational direction. With the industry in flux employees are consistently concerned about job security. Given centralized processes there is a lack of ability for creative input from middle management.
