Opportunity of career growth is not there. Pay is lower than the standard. They justify this through the education benefit. The other things may seem minor but they used to stock up on items like decent utensils and coffee, but it often goes out of stock and lowered the quality. HR will fall back to their interpretation of what the policy is, but it's clearly not the right thing to do.
