Pros

Great people to work with, they have a lot of fun. That's about it.

Cons

Where do I start? For starters, you basically working for them half the day on all weekdays. Earliest time to go to work would be at 10am, then until 1pm, your with them at the office, learning the system. From 1-8pm, they have you door-to-door selling, which they never even mention during your interview. After that, you'll go back to the office at 8:30pm and basically stay there until 9pm. So it's from 10am-9pm mon.-fri. that you'll be looking at, not to mention you'd still be working an 8hr work day on sat. as well, so no time for yourself or with your family and friends. Next, the pay is awful. They say you would make from $350-$500/wk (which for the hours you put in, isn't even worth this pay), but I worked hard and got some sells and, for a 2 week paycheck, I only got around $300. Not to mention that they don't give out any health insurance, you pay or take your own lunch, basically no benefits whatsoever that you'd normally get with other companies, etc.

Pros

The environment here is great. Always fun and entertaining. They start you off from the beginning step and train you on everything you need to know in order to grow within the company. It does involve sales but the team works really hard to get you promoted as fast as possible to get you out of the sales field. I see it as a small price to pay for the big opportunity of opening your own office. Everyone is very motivating and the office is very drama free! Definitely hard to find that in a lot of places.

Cons

The only downside will be the pay during the training, but it is very merit based so it makes sense. If there was a way to get a set pay for the beginning weeks since we are still learning then it'll be great. We have people here that are able to live comfortably on their own with this job so I know finances will not be an issue once there is a better understanding of everything.

Pros

Great environment, employees are fun to work with, and very optimistic personalities.

Cons

Due to the hours required to work (50-60 Monday - Saturday), this career is not for individuals who have a family and is raising children. Time is precious. Don't work as much as this company expects you to. During the interview, minimal of the actual job duties were addressed. Nothing was mentioned about the long work hours, 100% commission, you have to pay for gas when you use your car to go to the area you're required to market in. When I say market, I mean door to door marketing! No matter the weather! You walk door to door for how ever many rounds before going to lunch. You go to the nearest fast food joint and you have to buy your lunch - if you didn't pack lunch. After lunch, you go back to the field & continue walking door to door where you had left off till 8p.m. This is 100% commission: therefore, you gotta work hard for that money! I quit my salary job to work for this company. Worked here almost 2 weeks & didn't get paid squat! I have 2 kids to support & bills to pay. If Brian relayed pay, duties, expectations, etc..., I wouldn't have quit my job & put my family in the situation I did.
