We appreciate the feedback. While we do not like to receive such negative reviews we take each one seriously and try to learn from them.
It appears this former employee was with us around one year, working in our Noida, India office as a recruiter. While we do not “spy” on our employees, our managers do monitor performance, work-habits and results. Each recruiter is given objective goals at the time of hire. Each recruiter’s results are objective and number-based. A recruiter is never uncertain about their performance. If a recruiter’s work habits, performance or results need improvement, his/her manager is there to provide necessary guidance. While there is no set amount of time in which a person has to “prove themselves” new employees usually have several months to show their promise and capabilities.
Apolis has an“Open-Door” policy. Our HR team is in-office and always available for a discussion if there is something uncomfortable. And our leadership is regularly available for every individual.
While we are sorry that this former employee did not succeed in this role, we do wish him/her the very best in his/her next role.
