      Pros

      Hands off. Easy going "managers." Leadership seems eager to be helpful, but doesn't seem to work out that way in the end.

      Cons

      Very poor HR support. Payroll is once a month. Computer interfaces for timesheet and expense reports seems like a 90's throwback. Often very slow for travel reimbursements. Company is based in India with offices in America, language barriers exist.

      Comp structure is fine, commissions is paid fairly

      Cons

      Little to no strategic direction, flip flops week to week.

Apolis' business as primarily a staffing company, serves hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and fills hundreds of job openings each year. We do not flip flop on our strategic core business which is staffing.
