Pros
The role is very independent once you get trained in. It's not difficult work. The people that I've met so far are super friendly and helpful and always willing to answer my questions. Management has been very quick and responsive to all my needs, I enjoy the benefits.
Cons
It's very numbers-driven, so I wouldn't say it's like a typical office desk job. The pay doesn't start off too high but there is potential to advance in the future.
