Pros

I appreciate the support I receive from the personnel staff on all levels from the associates who first help me apply to the company and those who guided me in submitting my resume and personal documents. I also liked that staff followed up with calls and emails to ensure my information was received and I was confident that I was being considered for the positions that I applied to. I had not sought temporary employment in many years and I needed the personal support I received from staff.

Cons

One area is how paychecks are issued on a biweekly basis. This was somewhat a problem for me because I was out of work and then had to work nearly 3 weeks before receiving my first paycheck. I was also concerned about how widely my resume may have been shared within the company. I recall receiving some emails with offers for job openings that I did not request and I thought this was not a good use of my private information. However, there was no negative effects resulting from my resume being shared with other staff.

Pros

I had a great experience working with APIDEL Technologies. I was placed on my first assignment very quickly, and the contract ended up lasting a little over 2 and a half years with Comcast, which gave me a lot of stability and valuable experience. During my time there, I was able to build professional connections I probably wouldn’t have made otherwise, learn new skills on the job, and work from home while still being able to care for my kids. Management was always easy to reach whenever issues came up, communication was good, my pay was always on time, and everyone I interacted with had a positive and professional attitude. Overall, I think APIDEL is a great company to work for, especially for contract opportunities.

Cons

The only challenge I experienced was transitioning to a new assignment once my contract ended. Due to limited availability, I was not placed again afterward, so I would say there can be some difficulty with reassignment after a contract ends. Other than that, I had a very positive experience overall.
