1) Too busy make you not realize the time pass so fast. 2) Friendly staff will be recognized by manager and easily promoted even always make heavy mistakes.
Cons
1) Staff are so friendly, but they will talk bad about you whenever you are not there. Even among their friends, they will talk bad when he/she is not there. The worst, they will do talk bad about the staff that they hate to manager. 2) Manager is friendly, but easily trust words by the staff that talk bad about others. 3) Manager like to judge staff based on appearance, not your skills. You are lucky if you are friendly, but not, if you are person that introvert. 4) Company easily terminate the staff whenever he/she make small mistake 3 times in 1 month.
