Not great pay - Campaign Developer ApexDrop Employee Review

I'm obviously biased but truly love working with such awesome people and am blessed to have one of the coolest jobs on earth - helping lead others to be their best self.

Not enough time in the day to take on every project I'd like to be part of

- Small company - Decent pay - Sales leadership is (or was) pretty good and knowledgeable - Some of the employees were lovely to work with - Some of the clients are awesome!

- By far the most disorganized, toxic company I have ever worked for. - Never kept or delivered on their promises to their employees and sometimes clients - Upper management is truly awful. Not only to the employees but also to their own clients. - Upper management changes what they offer on a monthly basis and don't inform the sales team or give any training, then get upset when you don't hit your sales goals. - They really want to offer what THEY want to offer and don't consider what their clients actually need/want. This leads to a lot of upset clients.
