Pros

100% remote, benefits, co-workers, lots of leads to call on

Cons

Constant leadership changes and shifting priorities have caused a lot of uncertainty, and as a result, many great people have left. Client onboarding feels outdated and clunky. New products often roll out with bugs and little to no sales support. The marketing strategy was completely overhauled, even though the old system was working fine. Overall, there’s a lack of trust in leadership due to unclear communication and frequent changes.

Pros

We're a fully remote organization which works great for those that are self motivated and enjoy this work style. Hours are obviously flexible and your managers let you do what you need to do, so long as you get your work done and stick to your goals. I've really enjoyed my time at Blazeo, the company has allowed me to alter my career path from Sales to Marketing and they've encouraged my growth and allowed me to dive in to what I'm good at. The company encourages longevity and definitely rewards those that are overachievers and critical thinkers.

Cons

Remote work can lead to silo'd teams and a lack of communication but we're actively trying to reduce these issues. The company has been working hard to innovate and expand our offerings, but there's a lot to do and with a small team, we're often taking on multiple large initiaves at once. The PTO policy and pay are lower than other software companies of similar sizes.
