Pros

Competitive pay Most of the nursing and tech staff

Cons

- Apex has a facility also opened in California. However, they do not know how to run and operate a treatment center. - Client’s have zero accountability for their actions and/or behaviors. && they enable their addict behavior. - Management and Board Member have been witnessed yelling at staff and clients while on the floor for everyone to see rather than pulling person to the side to address issues. - Scheduling full-time employees 16 hours - If you are hired in with a specific availability. That will become non relevant and will expected to work outside of your availability with no negotiation - Client vs staff ratios - Client and staff safety doesn’t appear to be a concern whatsoever. - HR doesn’t email or contact you back - CEO does not take care of issues when they are brought to his attention. However, will direct you to someone that has no intention of replying. - Retaliation

Pros

Amazing clinicians and support staff!

Cons

Management treats employees terribly. The amount of turnover in 1 year from clinicians quitting was astounding. No supervision for licensure is offered which is not standard in this field! If you value your staff you invest in their professional development.
