Pros

The work was very engaging and challenging. I had awesome young engineer co-workers. I learned a lot. Diverse employees.

Cons

Somewhat toxic environment in an engineering company that lets their IT team do whatever they want, including yell at engineering staff, purchase expensive equipment without permission and review engineer's laptops without their knowledge while working. Manufacturing manager yelled at employees when mistakes were made instead of offering solutions. Management doesn't respect engineers, they don't give them the tools they need to succeed and they don't value the work the engineers do. Management doesn't pay engineers what they deserve for the work they've done.

Cons

New software taxes slightly old computers. The building is pretty full so there isn't much room for expansion.

Pros

- Designs innovative precision power analog components, appealing to professionals with technical or electrical engineering expertise. - The company fosters a culture of initiative and creativity in the development of new products and solutions. - Company is located in the scenic city of Tucson, Arizona.

Cons

- The sales team faces significant burnout, stress, and high turnover rates. - A pervasive sense of fear and instability permeates the organization. - The CEO, a conservative boomer, maintains tight control, often making unilateral decisions and micromanaging the leadership team. - Concerns have been raised about the CEO’s conduct, including frequent excessive alcohol consumption during business trips, but these issues cannot be formally reported to HEICO management since HR reports directly to the CEO.
