      Office often empty employees rarely showed up for work, lack of governance, low morale, dishonest employees, lack of ethical standards.

      Good benefits, nice people and work environment.

      Cons

      There is no independence from the headquarters. Nothing flows without their approval, so the is no salary and carrier development plan. There is no 401k benefit.
