Pros
Leadership seemed very nice at first and was very empathetic of scenario. They seemed to understand at the time the employees that worked for the company Apax Partners just purchased, were very prideful in their previous parent company's culture and did a great job of selling the employees on their vision of keeping that culture whole.
Cons
The private equity cooker cutter model of how they drive revenue and drive their employees into the ground, erasing all previous culture, was an absolute terrible experience. Leadership did not care to listen to opinions of existing employees.
