Pros

It is young environment so therefore there is a fun and motivated workforce. The company tries to be as transparent as possible.

Cons

They don't like people who are outside of the company culture, Team Leaders make it very obvious that they do not like certain employees, going to the point of just ignoring you completely. The company keeps saying it is a start-up but after 9 years you cannot not hold onto that. The company is lacking a massive round of investment to help achieve the goals it needs, too many inexperienced people in positions that require a senior. They use interns too much so rotation is high, the interns are doing the job of employees but paid a 1/3 so they are not motivated. Very little or no feedback so you are left guessing where you stand.
