No ownership among the staff, metrics heavy performance reviews leads to inaccurate data purposefully added to their data systems by employees. Managers not expected to address as maintaining the status quo instead of improving anything is a must. This is literally a product and industry that they invented and literally makes no difference on the world but they want you to think that it does. Favoritism is rampant through the staff and opportunites are only granted to a very few. They will close an office and reorganize at a drop of a hat with no concern as to peoples livlihoods
