Being worked to the bone and being paid a very low salary is just not worth it and the turnover shows. - Career growth is nonexistent. - The female leadership on the CSM team is poor. There is no actual "leadership." It's a cover your butt, "yes woman" leadership style. Their goal is to make sure the optics look good for the C Suite execs. - Leadership has no idea what they are doing or about the future of the company. With 2 rounds of layoffs, no direction for the future from management, it is very evident that this company is a sinking ship.
