Pros
Flexible work timing. Not too demanding job with a lot of friendly colleagues who can help when struggle to work.
Cons
Too many females than male. HR always make false promises and verbal agreements which leads to a lot of disappointments. All the blames are to be taken from our side since we work for client company. Especially for some teams, client will find faults instead of solutions.
