This company and its employees are all so nice! I have never worked for a company where I’m genuinely excited to go to work.

There really aren't many Cons. Shift pick up is definitely chaotic when you first start but when you pick up the rhythm and get into a better tier it's much easier. At the beginning work life balance was very difficult because of the huge gaps between shifts.
