Great People! Amazing opportunities for promotion! Amazing Benefits! I don't run to the bathroom to cry/scream anymore. The convenience of working from home has absolutely resolved my mommy guilt, because I get to see my kids more, throw something on for dinner during breaks, and I am not too exhausted after work to spend time with them. Overall, I am loving my job for the first time in 20 years!
Cons
There are no cons other than navigating difficult/upset people every once in a while. But what job doesn't? I gave 4 stars for work/life balance, but that's because of my own struggles, not necessarily due to work load.

You can pick your own schedule, you pick it every week. You work from home, so you don't have to leave the house to get to work. You save money on gas and time on the commute.
Cons
There is a tier system based on performance. If you aren't doing the best with your stats, your tier will fall. Tiers get assigned every two weeks, and you have to constantly upkeep your stats to have a good tier. Your tier determines how soon you can pick your schedule.
