Pros

Leadership genuinely cares and makes you feel like you belong. It’s the first time since working at Louis Vuitton that I’ve felt this level of support. Collaborations are engaging, and some are even fun rather than the usual quick “SOS/EOS” updates. Plenty of one-on-one time with leadership, which makes communication and growth feel personal. I enjoy the Team Report and Box Scores — they make performance feel like a healthy competition and keep me motivated to improve. Good benefits

Cons

Not many negatives overall. Shift Pickup can be challenging for someone like me, until you get used to it. I do miss in-person interactions at times, although AW makes a real effort with meetups and virtual engagement. I look forward to attending one! For bilingual positions, a pay incentive would make sense. Spanish calls can be demanding, and the compensation doesn’t currently reflect the added responsibility. The pay could be a little better, even though it is remote.

Pros

Picking your own schedule. Tier rankings that only last two weeks, so if you are in a lower tier, there is room for improving. Internal promoting. Benefits. Flexible. Supportive management. Weekly meetings with your Lead. Paid to LEARN, 5 days a week!

Cons

Micromanaging takes a little bit to get used to as I have never worked in a call center type position.
