Pros

Very clear instructions from the beginning, Hiring process is easy and recruiters are very helpful. Training was small classes which helps for everyone to get a better and clear understand of the job. The support you get from the whole team is amazing. An the best part is you pick your own schedule.

Cons

None everything has been great. I have no complaints.

Cons

Micromanaging takes a little bit to get used to as I have never worked in a call center type position.
