Cons

- You have to have your own equipment but IT works with you to make sure that your computer is up to the standards they need to run the software

Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that your experience at AnywhereWorks has been so supportive from training to easily connecting with leadership to being part of a culture that encourages learning and growing. It's great to know our efforts in these areas are making a positive difference. We also appreciate your comments on the equipment requirement and glad that IT has been supportive along the way. Thank you again for being such an important part of the team!

Pros

Picking your own schedule. Tier rankings that only last two weeks, so if you are in a lower tier, there is room for improving. Internal promoting. Benefits. Flexible. Supportive management. Weekly meetings with your Lead. Paid to LEARN, 5 days a week!

Cons

Micromanaging takes a little bit to get used to as I have never worked in a call center type position.
