Pros

Friendly, kind, understanding, great people, great team. This is a company I believe truly cares for the employees as much as they care for the clients and customers! Best of all we can pick a schedule that tailors to our life style and everyday life. Another thing I loved is how involved the CEO is and higher management as previously stated they truly care about us.

Cons

If you work hard everyday and give it your all I do not see any CON I can think of.

Picking your own schedule. Tier rankings that only last two weeks, so if you are in a lower tier, there is room for improving. Internal promoting. Benefits. Flexible. Supportive management. Weekly meetings with your Lead. Paid to LEARN, 5 days a week!

Cons

Micromanaging takes a little bit to get used to as I have never worked in a call center type position.
