      Pros

      There is a lot of autonomy, change and sphere of influence is big as it is a relatively 'small' company. Colleagues are open and friendly not a lot of politics so far but might change with new senior leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership Team consists of mainly white males of a certain age and are sometimes stuck in their ways

      Pros

      I can recommend working for AnywhereNow and with the ANOW team to anybody. As with any company, there are things that good have been done better - but the culture to discuss was open and focussed on problem solving.

      Cons

      Too much distance between the European HQ and Operations in the US. Plus a knowledge gap related to "doing business" in the US.
