Pros
Great schedule. Lots of time off. You are not micromanaged. You do your job and get paid. It is pretty chill and laid back. Bonuses are a pretty often occurrence depending upon how well your office does.
Cons
Not many cons. 12 hour shifts, there is a set schedule, so you would need to trade shifts with co-workers if you need a specific day off. However, you know your schedule for the whole year, so you have more than enough time to make arrangements. It is inconvenient for your co-workers if you need to take a sick day or emergency call off because there are set shifts for employees so there isn't usually someone that can cover last minute.
