Pros
Very creative team that deliver amazing work. It is always busy with many deadlines, so while pressured, it is also very rewarding as senior management (and customers) regularly recognize all those that make a meaningful contribution. The office environment is very comfortable, which is very helpful in times when its super busy!
Cons
This is not a 9 - 5 environment. As a top creative agency, quality of work and deadlines matter and so sometimes the days can get very long.
