So coming from the giant prime contractor environment where it take a motion of congress to get anything done, it was a breath of fresh air to be in an agile small company environment where you just send an email or make a phone call, and you get immediate action, and without all the disadvantages of working for a 'start-up'

The employee portion of the health insurance premium is a bit high.
