      - surrounded with same young colleagues - team bond consider good compare to others

      Cons

      - too much workload, especially when your senior no girlfriend, no need to social, the whole life only working, he will expect u to work after working hour and weekend 🤮 - when u took leave, basically is body not working, but your soul will still need to reply message and work 😶‍🌫️

      Pros

      People are youthful and friendly many opportunities for self learning as IT developer you get the option to work remotely which is very convenient.

      Cons

      because the company is young, management is chaotic with not much of experience goals change a lot midway quarters and work delivery is expected to be extremely fast.
