Pros

As it is a startup you may able to get grab a good salary hike (only applicable for entry/mid level position)

Cons

1. Toxic work culture. Seniors fight with each other in public. Constant backstabbing and office politics are common inside the office. 2. Incompetent management. No idea of how to achieve goals. Constant change of plans and projects. 3. Employees are treated as servants. Management treat them as garment workers 4. Micro-management. The Managing Director is the reporting manager of every employee. Even leave applications need to be approved by him. 5. Forget about getting leave approvals. You will not get any leaves except weekends. Even in weekends they expect you to work. 6. Most of the works are out of scope. Actual work and duties don't match with your job description.

Pros

The company can provide exposure to different types of work and responsibilities, which may help early-career professionals gain experience. Salary payments are generally on time, and some colleagues are supportive despite the challenging work environment.

Cons

Micromanagement is deeply embedded in the culture, leaving employees with little autonomy or trust. Leadership appears to value compliance over competence, and employees who simply agree with management tend to be favored over those who offer constructive feedback or professional expertise. Technical decisions are often influenced by senior leaders who lack the necessary technical understanding but remain heavily involved in operational details. There are virtually no meaningful employee benefits, such as health insurance, provident fund, gratuity fund, or other long-term support mechanisms. Work-life balance is poor, role boundaries are unclear, and job descriptions seem to be treated as optional, with employees regularly assigned responsibilities far outside their designated roles. Overall, the culture creates frustration, low morale, and high employee turnover.
