Stress free working environment.No timing problem.U can in and out in your own way.

Not for fresher, company paying low for fresher,if you have 7-8 years of experience than it is for you.you can stay here till retirement.And yes if u have any relative in top management this company is for you. U will hire at decent position with decent salary without having knowledge for position
