Pros

Opportunity to learn a lot. Work life balance. Salary on time. Co operative branch members.

Cons

No job security. Unprofessional behavior from Managers and higher level personnel. Ugly politics within the organization. Firing done if you don't have oiling and buttering skill towards the manager. Frequent threat of firing to employees for every small damn reason. Close down center quite frequently. If man power need to be reduced then by hook or by crook they will fire. In every month new policy comes in or old ones modified. No respect towards lower hierarchy staffs form higher ones.
