The work you do is a good trade to learn and it’s a great place to start because they’ll hire you without experience.

The management is very unprofessional. They clearly have favorite employees and show their favor by allowing them to slack off during work while being extra hard on those they dislike and giving them extra tasks. Management will sometimes chat all day long with their buddies and make everyone else do the work. Not only that, that staff is very cliquey and will often be rude to you from the start. It’s highly unprofessional. They have an outdated pay system and you’re expected to pick up your check every Sunday instead of them doing direct deposit.
