      Training but not worth it.

      Cons

      They don't pay you for training, or while you wait for placement. No garuantee of placement, you could wait for 6+ months no pay. They didn't pay me at all and I never got place, complete waste of time.

      Good place for entry-level developers to gain experience and learn enterprise technologies. Training program provides exposure to C#, .NET, SQL Server, web development, and Agile workflows. Colleagues are generally supportive and willing to help new team members. Opportunity to work on client-facing projects and build real-world development experience. Useful stepping stone for candidates looking to transition into the IT industry
