Pros
1. The company submitted my green card application once I accumulated the working hours until 2080 hours. 2. They provide the sufficient job training for new graduated student. 3. Their customers are usually big enough which can make your future profile looks better.
Cons
1. First year salary is 60K with really bad benefit. 2. After 2080 hours, salary will be around 80k, which is still low. 3. The company has no benefit, the PTO and employee insurance are deducted from your salary. 4. The green card attorney is really bad.
