A very passionate, motivating and inspirational team, all driven by the collective goals of the start-up. The environment is very focused on improving not only the company but also the individual. I have learnt an incredible amount as part of this team. Opportunities for involvement in many areas of the company, for diverse and rich work days. Lots of support for working from home, and good employment benefits.

A difficult early learning curve to understand the technology, but it is a worthwhile one. Can be a challenging experience for individuals who can't work off of their own initiative.
